This is another one-meal-in-a-pot dish. It contains soup, meat, and vegetables all cooked together in one delicious broth. Terrific during cooler weather.
This colorful and elegant side dish is so easy to make. I love making this with beets and shallots straight from our local farmers’ market. Green onions or chives may be substituted for the shallot if you prefer.
This is a delicious baked pasta dish with large shells filled with meat, spinach and cheese that children always seem to love. It is kind of a ‘spaghetti that behaves itself!’
This muffin has a little bit of everything – carrots, raisins, apple butter, wheat germ, nuts. A perfect start for your day!

I use basil and oregano in mine, but feel free to use your favorite herbs and spices, this recipe is very forgiving. Using fresh rosemary in the meat mixture will give the burgers a real Greek flavor. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns or pita bread with tzatziki sauce, or on their own with a Greek salad.
A fabulous blend of cranberries, nuts, and fruit! Cranberry or Cherry jello may be used instead of raspberry.
A moist quick bread with a faint hint of orange flavor, and the tang of bits of cranberries.
