Furikaki is a rice seasoning, in this case, blended with wasabi. It serves as the main flavoring in this Asian inspired tuna tartare.

Fast and easy to prepare, this tasty Cheddar cheese-tuna melt with guaranteed kid appeal gets lively by adding a little Dijon mustard.

Apple, hard-boiled egg, and toasted pecans are a nice addition to this tuna salad dressing.

This is easy, filling, and can be quick if you omit the baking step, which I often do.
